There’s no strict minimum for DTG printing or embroidery — we can do single pieces. For screen printing, we recommend a minimum of 12 units to keep costs per piece reasonable, but we’re happy to discuss smaller runs.
Our standard turnaround is 3–5 business days from proof approval. Rush options are available — just mention your deadline when you reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
We prefer vector files — .AI, .EPS, or high-resolution .PDF. For DTG and sublimation, high-res .PNG files (300 dpi or higher) work great. Not sure if your file will work? Send it over and we’ll review it for free.
Every order includes a free design review where we check your file for print quality and flag any issues. If you need artwork created or modified, we can discuss that separately — just let us know in your inquiry.
In some cases, yes. Reach out first so we can confirm compatibility with our equipment and discuss any limitations. We do source our own blanks from trusted suppliers if you’d prefer us to handle everything.
